Key Responsibilities and Deliverables :
- Develop a content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing Objectives. To oversee all marketing Content Initiatives as well as entire gamut of Digital marketing to ensure Reach, Customer Engagement, Brand Image Management and overall a positive digital user experience.
- Develop and drive digital journey road map for business and brand involving all stake holders.
- Develop, Deploy and Manage Digital Platforms to enhance the customer and consumer experience & engagement.
- Co create brilliant Marketing Ideas having potential of virality and a positive influence on brand.
- Come up with Influencer Marketing Ideas in the digital space to improve on brand metrics.
- Develop a performance bias and bring efficiency in highly collaborative client- agency relationship.
- Developing campaigns and managing communication for Product/Brand Launches, Thematic campaigns, social site presence, company website, public relations, internal communication, regulatory communications and corporate events.
- Managing the end-to-end execution towards meeting relevant brand KPIs, product launches & campaigns, across all product brands in Digital Space.
- Managing content as well as look and feel of the complete website and updating content as needed.
- Preparing well-structured drafts for business proposals, presentations etc.
- Building and maintaining strategic alliances with various partners and product platforms, to evolve the brand's potential in the rapidly emerging digital ecosystem.
- Drive from being a Savsol application to be 'an experience' for user bases across customers and consumers .
- Drive Savsol Digital Commercial Initiatives across channel to build a community of users for active purchase, recommendation and usage of Savsol brand.
- Handling all tracking mechanism for customer and influencer feedbacks, Customer care for engagement with trade and influencer channel on programs and other initiatives involving customers and consumers.
- Working closely with the business and within marketing functions to build an online base, and manage community engagement on regular basis.
- Leverage Influencers in the digital space to build engaging digital campaigns which drive the objectives/metrics.
- Assisting the VP with marketing related projects where necessary
- Working on other adhoc projects as required by the Business SBU.
