Description of Role:

- The manager will drive the analytics departmental strategies at ground level with his/her team.

- Connect to stakeholders & clients to understand the project's requirements and to be delivered within the timeline with the right expected quality.

- Driving skill development programs, training & grow the capabilities of internal analytics.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Lead the data & analytics team composed of multidisciplinary roles such as Data extraction,

- Data mining, data analysis & business problem-solving

- Ensure alignment of data and analytics initiatives with organizational, process goals & strategies

- Lead end-to-end development and solution implementation of data and data insights

- Database management - maintain and develop databases for operations and support departments

- Ensure adherence to planned deliveries, recurring reports & automation

- Drive operational process automation & implement into business

- Conduct meetings with stakeholders periodically to understand their business needs

- Development of dashboard and visualization-based reports

- Conduct meetings with the team to provide technical support

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to the analytics team, foresting a culture of learning & innovation

- People performance evaluation on monthly and yearly

- Connect with leaders periodically to update the business status

- Drive key strategic projects with collaboration with ops leaders

- Provide domain knowledge to the team and support the delivery

Minimum Requirements & Competencies:

- Bachelors/Masters in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science field or Comparable

- Experience in related field

- Healthcare domain

- 9+ years' Experience in data analytics or data science

- Demonstrated ability to work concurrently on multiple projects under tight deadlines.

- Excellent in Communication skills (written/verbal).

Ability to communicate with nontechnical audience to understand and accomplish requests.

- Strong hold on following key technologies and tools.

- Must have advanced SQL - Must (SSIS, SSRS, ADF- Good to have) o Good in Power BI- creating packages, publishing, and maintaining schedule processes.

- Must be an expert in VBA - Automation

- Must have Automation & Database management experience

- Must be Mathematically & statistically strong

- Good in R studio or any statistical tool

- At least 5+ years into people management & 3+ years into project management

- Strong problem-solving skills
