Role- Talent Acquisition Manager
Here's what you can look forward to :
- This role is essentially a Talent Acquisition Manager role accountable for hiring the right talent. You will work closely with Business Unit Heads and CEO to support business growth.
- As a Talent Acquisition Manager you will own the Talent Acquisition Strategy and Plans and be responsible to provide leadership to Recruitment team.
- Successful delivery of Hiring Plans, Talent Marketing and building strong hiring pipeline will determine your success in this role.
- Building Hiring Ecosystem
- You will play a key role in ensuring continuous pipeline creation by actively identifying channels/sources, building the Partner ecosystem, networking etc and proactively building staffing models to support business needs.
- Employment Branding
- You will play the role of brand ambassador and promote Saviant brand by creating detailed
- Employment Branding plans and calendar of events to attract talent and ensure exceptional candidate experience through all stages of recruitment.
People Management :
- You will lead and coach your team members to help them deliver as per hiring plans. You will support BU needs in terms of development of team members as a part of people management.
Here is what we would like you to bring ?
- MBA degree with 10 to 12 years of experience including 2+ years of experience of owning the overall recruitment plans and delivery
- Prior success in recruiting experience focused on technology, techno Functional and Leadership recruiting within a fast-moving technology company
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with offered candidates at all levels.
- Strong persuasive communication skills - spoken, written and overall presentation skills
What we consider as a right fit for this role ?
- You are currently independently owning recruitment team and end to end recruitment process since last 2 years at least.
- You have served as "Single Point of Contact" for tracking recruitment plans and Stakeholder reporting
- You are accountable for delivering as per the recruitment plans and Talent Marketing in your current role
