Role : PMO Head/ Operations Lead / Delivery Operations Manager
- This key role at Saviant entails working closely with the COO to establish and implement Delivery Excellence. This involves collaborating with Service Delivery Heads, Project Managers, HR, and Finance teams to ensure the seamless execution of projects, to drive Saviant's growth.
- You will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of Service Delivery, including resource allocation, audit and compliance, the entire delivery process, and ensuring deliveries are both timely and of high quality. Your contribution will play a crucial role in optimizing operational capabilities and aligning business processes with Saviant's goals.
- As part of your role, you will proactively identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project delivery, and develop contingency plans as needed, in close coordination with the Service Delivery Heads. Furthermore, you will regularly provide comprehensive business and operational reports and insights to the management team.
- Your success in this role will be evaluated based on metrics including Gross Margin, Project Delivery, Service Quality, and CSAT.
Here is what we would like you to bring:
1. Engineering degree from a reputed institute with MBA
2. 12+ years of experience preferably in the IT industry with 5+ years in overseeing delivery process improvement and PMO excellence..
3. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
