Role Summary:
HR Partner will be responsible to drive People Practices and initiatives to ensure exceptional employee experience. S/he will work in collaboration with the Management team to build a highly engaged workforce to support business needs.
Individuals in this role will need to have an ability to understand and align the business objectives and metrics for people success and growth.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Design and deliver various People Practices, Frameworks and initiatives from concept to closure and also ensure its successful implementation within all the Programs.
2. Facilitate data driven decision making by leveraging the information available through Organisation/Program Dashboards, various surveys to identify trends, issues and work with management to determine root cause and solution
3. Support Program Managers to better engage their team members through one-to-one connects, Coaching and other methods
4. Drive employee engagement and connect by implementing innovative orientation, job assistance, career planning etc program.
5. Ensure that we have the right people in the right roles and Career Roadmap is defined for them
6. Be highly accessible & visible to employees
7. Develop and deliver an internal communication strategy.
8. Ensure effective and timely execution of all the HR processes
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Masters in Organisation Behaviour with 8 to 10 years of People Engagement experience with high-end Technology Consulting companies
- Min 2-3 years exposure in People Management role at a vertical/BU/Organisation level
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to interact with employees at all levels to understand the pulse.
- Ability to perform tasks independently without much supervision.
- Effective communication skills - written & verbal
