Role - Business Development Specialist - Partnership & Alliance

Here's what you can look forward to:

This role focuses on acquiring new partners across the US and Europe and nurturing these relationships to build mutually beneficial alliances. It involves working closely with cross functional team (marketing, presales, delivery, and operations) to plan and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and lead generation campaigns targeting both new and existing partners and customers.

As an individual contributor, this role works closely with the Practice Head and Business Unit leaders, focusing on transforming existing partnerships and driving GTM activities to boost lead generation, create qualified opportunities, expand the sales pipeline, and acquire new customers.

Lead Generation:

You will collaborate with the Alliances, Marketing, and Sales teams to design and execute strategies and initiatives to attract and nurture potential customers. Your focus will be on qualifying leads as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and driving their conversion into high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).

Campaign Performance:

You will align campaigns to ensure smooth transitions from awareness to consideration and decision stages by emphasizing the value and relevance of new services, driving innovation and measurable impact. This includes increasing brand visibility, enhancing lead engagement, and supporting sales conversions effectively.

Market Intelligence for innovation:

- You will conduct market research, analyse competitors, and track industry trends to inform data-driven planning. By evaluating the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), competitive landscape, and high-impact keywords, you will refine innovative initiatives, campaigns, and strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.

- You will also lead Go-to-Market (GTM) readiness for new channels, new services new markets, aligning with market insights, ICPs, and business goals to achieve successful positioning.

Here is what we would like you to bring:

- MBA degree with 6-9 years of experience, including at least 3 years in alliances, channel development, or GTM roles within the IT consulting and services sector, focusing on North America, UK, and Europe.

- A solid understanding of emerging technologies such as Cloud, Mobile, IIoT, Analytics, and AI/ML to effectively initiate meaningful conversations with CXOs, VPs, and Directors.

- Strong communication skills - spoken, written and overall presentation

Who should apply for this role:

- You have independently managed the entire deal lifecycle from initial contact to contract signing and implementation in IT services and technology consulting, focusing primarily on the US and Europe market over the past 3 years.

- You are currently responsible for managing relationship and ensuring the successful execution of partnerships to achieve the company's overall business objectives.

- You have effectively utilized data-driven decision-making tools to plan and optimize and enhance the value of these relationships.
