Job Description -Marketing Lead.

SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:.
- Do you have the ability of applying design principles to marketing strategies, focusing on creativity, user experience, and problem-solving?.
- Do you have proficiency in creating new age, engaging content for various formats (text-based blog posts to video-based campaigns/ podcasts)?.
- Do you have an exceptional ability to craft compelling narratives enabling the creation of marketing campaigns that resonate with various demographics?.
- Do you have a master's degree and proven 2-3 years of experience in marketing in a startup environment?.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:.
- Create and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns (B2B and B2C).
- Design, launch, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance.
- Produce high-quality marketing material, including email marketing, social media posts, blogs, articles, images, videos, podcasts and website content.
- Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Manage in-house team and coordinate with external vendors.
- P&L owner for all marketing spending including Google, Meta, YouTube, and other channels.
- Develop strategies to engage and retain customers, improve customer experience, and build long-term relationships.
