Job Title: Manager-Corporate Partnerships (North)
Reporting to: General Manager - Corporate Partnerships
Location: Gurgaon

Job Purpose :
To mobilize corporates and institutions to contribute resources in support of Save the Children's objectives and activities. To position Save the Children, among current and potential corporate donors, as the leading child rights organization in North India.
Main responsibilities:
Strategy and financials :
- Develop and implement the Corporate Marketing strategy for Save the Children in North India, working closely with the National Manager, Corporate Partnerships
- Establish and manage existing alliances and partnerships, and explore new ones to increase the organization's reach and the resources generated
- Build and manage a team of marketing coordinators and officers to grow the corporate portfolio of Save the Children in North India
- Manage the Corporate Marketing budget for North India and ensure that controls are in place to monitor and report on income and expenditure
- Generate resources and maintain operational costs in order to achieve and exceed the budgeted levels of profitability
Maximize resource generation from corporate donors: achieve and exceed the financial/non-financial targets for Corporate Marketing income through activities such as -
- Maintaining and updating database of existing and potential organizations
- Presentations and discussions with key people within the organisations
- Advertisements, website links and invitations for donations
- Event partnerships, marketing partnerships and sponsorships
- Product development (CRM, DPF, PG etc.)
Process and communication :
- Analyze present and past data, locate trends and evolve plans to improve donor servicing, Corporate Marketing operations, and resource generation
- Ensure timely, accurate, and effective donor servicing (viz., mailers, annual reports, receipts, forms, information requests, activity status updates, tax certificates, queries, field visit requests, invitation for events, etc) towards relationship building and retention
- Ensure timely, accurate and quality MIS for the function
- Develop innovative ways of expanding reach, increasing the vitality of the brand, increasing customer/donor servicing, maximizing the generation of funds, and increasing the support to organization in terms of material/services received
- Contribute to development of relevant fundraising communication materials for various needs: electronic and print as relevant for Corporate Marketing
- Ensure that all communications are consistent with the Save the Children brand and that Save the Children's name and logo rights are protected at all times
- Ensure effective coordination with Programme, Advocacy & Policy and other functions as required for exchange of information and work needs
Others :
- Promote the work of Save the Children - communicating, both internally and externally, in an accurate, sensitive and motivating fashion
- Ensure that all marketing activities comply with applicable law at all times, including compliance with data protection legislation
- Understand and be an advocate, internally and externally, for the values of Save the Children
- Other duties as required in line with your skills, experience, and role
Professional Qualifications and Experience :
Educational: Post Graduation in Marketing/PR from a recognized institute
Experience: 9 to 10 years of relevant experience in a competitive market environment.
Salary: Up to 14 lakhs pa
