Savaari Car Rentals - Product Manager

We are in constant quest to provide better experience to our customers by enhancing technology solutions which range from a mobile app for the driver to an automated system for our car rental suppliers including car/driver tracking to providing the best interfaces and touch points for our corporate and retail customers both on the web and mobile. We are looking for passionate and entrepreneurial Product Lead who sees great opportunity and takes great pride in solving real life business problems including wowing the customer with exemplary product experience all with the help of technology.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting the Product Roadmap for the company along with providing technical expertise and mentorship to Tech team members.

You would be propelling the business forward by owning :

1) The scalability, efficiency and automation of our customized platform that facilitates management of pan India operations.

2) Mobile app/website and conversions for each (where applicable) for retail customers, corporate customers and for drivers.

3) Enhancement of customer experience during and post-trip, by analyzing and setting processes based on Suppliers and Customers feedback.

You possess :

1) The desire to meaningfully impact the business by providing a great experience to the customer.

2) The ability to work closely with our Operations team, our Suppliers and Drivers to ensure efficient adoption of the product enhancements of the platform.

3) The skills to understand where we are and where we should be and chartering the path to connect the two with well thought through steps within the timeline defined by you.

4) And a BE/BTech degree from a tier 1 college along with a few years of experience in a Product Management role.
