Sr. Manager/AVP - FP&A (A leading NBFC/MFI) -Only NBFC candidate need to apply

Role : Sr. Manager/AVP- FP&A (Designation will commensurate based in the current level and org structure).

Responsibilities :

Planning, budgeting & reforecasting :

- Preparation of annual budget and track the fund flow.

- Department/ vertical wise planning and Budgeting exercise.

- Tracking actual VS budgets and outlook, reasons for variances, presenting to management and support initiating of corrective actions.

- Quarterly reforecasting exercise as per 3+9; 6+6 and 9+3 pattern.

- Identifying scope for planning, implementing & monitoring of finance policy changes to enhance the overall operational efficiency.

- Preparing and Presenting Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Forecast to various Heads for their respective notice and knowledge.

- Industry Benchmarking reports for major cost & revenue items for better internal policy formulation.

Managing Investors data & reporting :

- Preparation of monthly, fortnightly and quarterly reporting of Investors in equity and NCD.

- Investor reporting under IFRS.

- Monthly Operating data Review Report involving variance analysis & key performance indicators of business.

- Preparation of next round of equity and IPO.

- MBA Finance/CA inter/Qualified CA/ICWA will be preferred.

- The candidate should have at least 4+years of experience in FP&A, budgeting and reporting.
