Position: Finance Manager

Job Summary: The Finance Manager oversees the financial health of the organization by managing financial procedures, analyzing data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations. They play a pivotal role in strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and budgets.

- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and risk assessment.

- Provide insights into financial trends and opportunities for growth.

Financial Reporting:

- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Present financial data to management and stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Budget Management:

- Manage the budgeting process and monitor financial performance against budgets.

- Identify variances and implement corrective actions as needed.

Cash Flow Management:

- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial investments.

- Optimize cash flow through effective treasury management.

Risk Management:

- Assess and mitigate financial risks.

- Implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets.

Team Leadership:

- Manage and mentor a team of financial professionals.

- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Financial Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.

- Coordinate audits and act as a point of contact for auditors.
