Manager - Business Finance

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Preparation of annual plan

- Budgeting and forecasting on a period basis

- Monitoring the business performance. Identifying and measuring KPI such as Utilisation, DSO, Margins

- Analysis of variance to drive learning and improvement on various vectors such as business model, customer or offerings

- Driving corrective actions , improvement initiative

- Automation and continuous process improvement in consultation with key stakeholders

Business Support:

- Being SPOC to the business line on all commercial and financial aspects

- Developing and proposing pricing and pricing models

- Support in deal preparation and conversion by bring enhancing the financial acumen of the deal

- Preparation of business cases and financial modelling along with business line to facilitate growth and margin improvement actions

- Driving investment and capital budgeting vis a vis long business strategy

- Supporting in contracting by helping business with alternate positions/ negotiation support and also ensure minimization of risks

Job Requirements:

- The candidate should be analytical, should have ability to work with various stakeholders, and ability to influence cross functional team to achieve common objectives.

- Preferably with professional background, i.e. must have worked in services organisation

- Skills in SAP, Power BI and Excel will be added advantage
