Role Description:
- Support Project teams for fresher's requirement fulfilment
- Interact with TPO from colleges and set up hiring date
- Execution of campus hiring process at campus( Needs lot of Travel)
- Track fresher performance in projects after 3 months of deployment to check the success of different fresher's hiring model
- Work with vendors to get domain ready freshers
