BFS Analytics & Insights- Proof of Concept- Modeling

- Post graduate degree in Economics, Statistics, or Marketing Finance from a Reputed Institute.

- Relevant finance/business/statistical experience in financial services.

2-8 years

- Excellent presentation skills the ability to translate complex financial schedules into meaningful presentation is critical Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data draw conclusions and assist on decision making.

- Should have ability in managing multiple projects and deadline

- Deliver data driven insights on various business problems across risk and marketing analytics Focus on data analytics and production of results and recommendations using SAS, SQL, and Excel with VBA, Word and PowerPoint.

2. Great Analytical thinking and Ability to solve unstructured problems.

3. Drive project individually and have ability to lead teams, people and function

1. Expertise in Analytical Tools ( e.g. SAS, SQL). Strong SAS skills of data manipulation and procedure will be
added advantage

2. Good understanding of Business Metrics and parameters. Ability to apply right statistical tools to business case

3. Very strong knowledge of Statistical tools like ANOVA, Regression, Cluster, Probit , Logit, Factor Analysis ,
Principle component, others and their application.

- Broad and deep understanding of BFS product and statistical tools and techniques used.
