About the job Key Responsibilities:


- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets in the cloud telephony market.


- Identify and target new business opportunities and verticals.

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Generate leads through various channels including outbound calls, networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries.

- Qualify leads and identify potential clients that can benefit from cloud telephony solutions.

Sales Presentations & Demos:


- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our cloud telephony products.

- Customize presentations to meet the specific needs of each client.

Relationship Management:


- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations, including C-level executives, IT directors, and business owners.

- Develop long-term partnerships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction post-sale.

Sales Negotiation & Closing:


- Lead negotiations and close deals in a timely and professional manner.

- Work closely with the legal and technical teams to ensure smooth contract agreements and delivery.

Sales Forecasting & Reporting:


- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to management on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.

- Track and analyze key performance metrics to refine sales strategies.

Collaboration with Marketing & Product Teams:


- Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns and messaging with sales goals.

- Collaborate with the product team to stay informed about new features, updates, and customer feedback.

Key Qualifications:


Experience:


- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 4 years in a sales management role, ideally in the SaaS, cloud communication, or telephony industry.

- Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing a sales pipeline.

Skills:


- Strong understanding of cloud telephony solutions, VoIP, and unified communications platforms.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.

- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to sales.

Education:


- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).

Certifications:


- Relevant certifications in sales or cloud telephony (e.g., cloud communication platforms) will be an advantage.

- Prior experience with Cloud Telephony / Telecommunication industry is preferred .
