Roles and Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Management:

- To Understand the customer requirement

- Preparation of technical proposals with solution architecture and BOM

- Carry out the plant study visits for gathering data from customer locations

- Calculation of the service efforts for implementing the solution

- Participate in the customer meetings, internal meetings etc.

- Interaction with sales team as and when required for fulfilling the customer requirement

- Help the internal project team during the project execution

- Competitor solutions analyses

- Explore new optimized/cost effective solution

Product Management:

- Provide updates on new products/product versions. Testing within internal setup, understanding customer's requirement and prepare Demos.

- Supporting delivery/Tech-support team in case of any support required from Principals.

- Provide training to internal teams on new products.

- Team Management

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Min. 8- 10-year experience in execution / technical marketing of Automation Software solutions like SCADA Systems, PIMS, EMS, Remote Monitoring, Data Acquisition System, OPC enablement, etc.

- Knowledge about different industrial protocols like Modbus, Profibus, OPC DA, OPC UA, MQTT, REST

- Basic knowledge of IT-OT integration/networking.

- Experience in Customer requirement mapping, competitive analysis and product positioning

- Desirable if hands on Project execution experience

- Functional Knowledge of any of above Industries would be good

- Customer interaction skills

- Presentation & Documentation skills
