Position Level and Purpose:
- The position is at the senior management level within the group.
- Key functions include ensuring error-free hygiene interfaces and responsive, system-based delivery of services and compliances.
Critical Functions:
- Ensure accurate, timely, comprehensive, and rule-based fulfillment of all services.
- Exercise discretion judiciously.
- Develop and maintain HRMS systems, including HRIS.
- Conduct periodic and event-based reviews of scale charts.
- Base decisions on evidence-based analysis.

Competencies Required:
- Thorough knowledge of personnel management with an HR perspective.
- Proficiency in IT-based HRMS applications.
- Familiarity with Finance, including personal finance.
- Strong communication and documentation skills (both oral and written).
- Analytical skills for evidence-based decision making.
- Empathetic orientation towards employees.
Candidate Requirements:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in HR/Personnel Management.
- Minimum of 8-12 years of work experience in HR/Personnel Management
