Qualification:- Dip/Degree in Hotel Management
Role Purpose: To enable and ensure the functionality and relevance of food outlets in the mall
The Key Expectations of the Role:
- Position the F&B offering as an anchor in the mall
- Designing of and ensuring non- compromising compliance (Including certification) with standards
- Engaged interface with specific internal stakeholders -
- Decentralized (evidence based) decision making environment-
The Competencies required to effectively take on this role:
- Contemporary and comprehensive knowledge of F&B business and offerings, consumer preferences and trends
- Knowledge of safety standards, protocols and practices related to F&B
- Discerning appreciation of and consuming interest in food
- Systematic approach to work
- Responsive orientation to all stakeholders The Person
- A person for whom good food is central part his/her life
- Managerial experience in customer facing role in service industry (organized sector) of at least 5 years
- Culinary school diploma or degree in Hotel Management will be an added advantage
