The Role:

- The BI Lead / Principal will be a seasoned professional with advanced competency in data visualization and business intelligence projects.

- They will join high-performance analytics consulting team and shall act as a SME for all BI initiatives within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop functional and aesthetic BI dashboards and reports, optimising for performance and responsiveness.

- Empower business users to conduct in-depth analysis from the BI outputs by following UI/UX while designing the user interfaces.

- Write proficient SQL queries and utilize scripting languages for data manipulation within BI tools.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Consolidate and document best-practices in BI development keep them abreast with new market trends

- Train and mentor junior developers to scale the BI practice.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.

- 5+ years of experience as a BI Developer in a dynamic, cross-functional team.

- Strong proficiency in Tableau and/or PowerBI.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills23.

Good to Have:

- Accredited certification in Tableau and/or PowerBI.

- Familiarity with BI administration/architecture in Tableau and Power BI.

- Experience in Agile Scrum methodology.

- Experience with eCommerce data and metrics.
