The role

- As a Senior Growth Analyst, you will lead a technical expedition, navigating the business landscape with precision to uncover opportunities for diverse analyses, automated solutions, and streamlined processes aligned with clients' business goals.

- Core responsibilities include crafting cost-benefit analyses and delivering value attributions for our data-driven insights and recommendations.

- Leverage a strategic approach that combines technical prowess and business acumen, applying thought leadership and first-principles thinking for root cause analysis and precise problem formulation.

- Foster internal connections, challenge the status quo, exhibit an insatiable appetite for learning, and focus on delivering impactful growth to clients.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the eCommerce ecosystem through platforms like LinkedIn, webinars, blogs, fostering potential collaborations or creating business opportunities for Saras Analytics.

- Recognize the significance of understanding how DTC Brands and Amazon businesses operate as a tool to solve complex challenges.

Relevant Background

- Possess 5-6+ years of robust project experience within a top-tier Analytics or Consulting firm.

- Demonstrate technical proficiency across the analytics tech stack with a deep comprehension of the eCommerce landscape.

- Tools: Mastery in SQL, Excel, Tableau or PowerBI; Python proficiency is a bonus.

- Domain Understanding: Expertise in Digital Marketing, Subscription Brands, Amazon Seller and Vendor Ecosystems.

- Possess a foundational understanding of inferential statistics and machine learning.

- Embody a problem-solving mindset; Excellence and Unwavering Ownership are prerequisites.

Personas:

- Engineering Grads from Tier 1 colleges with 5-6+ years of overall experience in analytics or consulting, preferably in eCommerce.

- Preferable to have an MBA, 2+ years working in product startups, 2+ years working in cross-functional project teams in consulting organizations.

- Hands-on with a solid tech stack, strong business acumen, high learnability, excellent collaborator.

- Possess outstanding presentation skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to a business audience.

- A+ in analytical skills.
