Roles & Responsibilities:
The Engagement Lead would be the primary point of contact between Saras Analytics and the client in all matters concerned with the project. The work involves walking a tight rope by balancing client expectations with Saras' deliverables.
A typical day in this role would entail
Client Management
- Nurture working relations with clients throughout the project cycle
- Track client's processes and provide prompt assistance when needed
- Design and execute solutions tailored to client's needs
- Manage client expectations and ensure delivery of client requests
- Assist customers with using of services throughout projects
- Foster positive relationships with our clients as our primary point of contact
- Address customer issues with speed and efficiency
Project Management
- Lead and handle complex accounts
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Prepare reports on project performance
- Assign resources from the company to the client
- Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively
Operations Management
- Ensure contracts are carried out according to agreed terms
- Manage invoices, bills and other financial aspects for assigned customers
- Work with sales team to identify new business opportunities
Required Skillsets:
- Excellent interpersonal skills written and verbal
- Detail and goal oriented
- Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM/Project Management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Sharp business acumen
- Ability to negotiate with clients
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- Experience with SQL, Google Analytics and Cloud Databases
Prior Experience/Qualification:
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in sales, project management or consulting in the ecommerce space
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA a plus
- Project Management Experience
