Responsibilities :
Client Management :
- Nurture working relationships with clients throughout the project cycle
- Track client's processes and provides prompt assistance when needed
- Design and execute solutions tailored to client needs
- Manage client expectations and ensures delivery of client requests
- Assist customers with using our services throughout projects
- Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact
- Address customer issues with speed and efficiency
Project Management :
- Lead and handle complex accounts
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare reports on project performance
- Assign resources from the company to the client
- Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively
Operations :
- Ensure contracts are carried out according to agreed terms
- Manage invoices, bills and other financial aspects for assigned customers
- Work with sales teams to identify new business opportunities
Requirements :
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales, project management or consulting in eCommerce space
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal
- Detail and goal-oriented
- Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or any related field; MBA a plus
- Project management experience
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Sharp business acumen
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- Experience with SQL, cloud databases and Google Analytics
