Our products, Daton and Halo, help digital businesses aggregate their data, which resides in siloes across multiple systems, into a single data warehouse and map them to prepare ML-ready datasets and out-of-the-box BI solutions. Our growth consultants not only help businesses unlock additional value by building customized analytical solutions for them but also constantly evolve our product offerings by integrating standardized analytical solutions into them to make them smarter.
To meet the ever-growing demand for our services, we are aggressively looking for individuals who would be great additions to our analytics and growth consulting practice. A typical day in this role entails an end-to-end analytics journey.
This includes -
- Helping senior consultants engage with CXOs at large enterprises by providing data-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates on their websites
- Developing surgical analytical solutions to alleviate fuzzy business problems plaguing client organizations
- Building dashboards and reports that help clients across functions and hierarchies visualize business performance and make informed business decisions
- Auditing site tracking implementations like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc. of large e-commerce brands and remediating any gaps identified
- Sharing feedback on capabilities that can be baked into the products with the product teams
- Providing support to other members of the team on an ad-hoc basis
Preferred Qualifications: (in order of priority)
- Well versed with SQL, Excel, Python/R
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to break down an abstract and fuzzy business problem into logical and actionable components that can be solved with the use of data
- Have at least ~1yr of experience working in a relevant analytics-based role
- Experience working with visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, etc.
- Have a good understanding of tracking tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analyics, etc.
- Have at least conceptual understanding of languages like HTML and Javascript
