Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Validation & Empanelment of Channel Partners
- Responsible for conducting team huddles on a daily basis as per the process laid down.
- Responsible for implementation and review of goal sheet and completion of sales target.
- Accountable for the acquisition and retention of Brands & Corporates for achieving revenue targets as assigned by the organization through the sales team.
- Develop and manage the relationship with key decision-makers of the anchor company.
- Explore new business opportunities from time to time.
- Inter department liaising with various functions
- Blacksoil program & concept pitch to anchor, Brands & Corporates
- Business Development, and concept selling.
- Must be from White Goods/ Consumer Durables / Fintech/ Small appliances/ FMEG Vertical / Mobile Industry
- Travel frequency - 50 to 70% a month
Experience & Qualification:
- Minimum 4 years experience in Supply Chain Finance
- Minimum 2 years experience in handling a team
- Must have experience working in South Region
- Graduate/ Post-graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in driving sales and growth in early-stage companies/startups
- Good communication skills with fluency in the local language will be an advantage
