Role Objective and Responsibilities:

Overseeing the strategic direction and management of information technology (IT), with a specific focus on leveraging digital technologies to drive innovation and transformation. Hands-on person with deep understanding of technology.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement a digital transformation strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for leveraging digital technologies to improve business processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive growth.

Technology Leadership:

Provide leadership and guidance on technology trends, emerging digital tools, and industry best practices. Stay updated on the latest advancements in digitalization, automation, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and other relevant technologies.

Digital Innovation:

Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the organization, promoting the use of digital technologies to develop new products, services, and business models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate, prototype, and implement innovative digital solutions.

Data Management and Analytics:

Drive the development and implementation of data governance frameworks, data management strategies, and analytics capabilities. Utilize data insights to inform decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and identify new business opportunities.

Change Management:

Lead organizational change initiatives to foster digital transformation. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to drive adoption of digital technologies, provide training and support, and address any resistance or challenges.

Leverage Shared IT Services

Use shared IT services for common resource pool for getting tasks done.

Should have worked on following technologies, platforms & tools with proven track of projects implemented as Project Leader:

- CRM

- DMS

- SFA

- IOT

- Data Analytics
