Job Purpose :
- To capture market for new products with passion and enthusiasm and act as being a game changer agent in market to achieve our accelerated business goals
Primary Job Responsibilities :
Market Development : Acquisition of market and develop new dealers, distributors, retailers and increase the base of end customers to achieve business goals on fast track
Managing Targets Developing and maintaining harmonious relationship with existing customers, retailers, dealers and distributors in the market to achieve given business goals
Market Analysis & Research : Collate customer and market feedback properly and able to launch new products successfully to acquire more customers and become market leader in the business
Customer Services : Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers at the perfection level to achieve better C-SAT from competitors
MIS, Reports and Collections : Able to prepare MIS, DSR, Feedback reports on time and ensure no outstanding in Market to keep continuous flow of information and money.
Team Management & Development : Create awareness among front line sales personnel and motivate them to achieve accelerated business goals within stipulated timeline
People Responsibilities :
- Guiding team about the core values of system
- Developing team member for next level
- Ensure job clarity to all team member
- Periodic review of individuals performance

CTC : 6 - 7 LPA
