Job Description:
1. Operational Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the firm's business goals.
- Drive initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and service delivery across the organization.
2. Client Service Delivery:
- Ensure high-quality service and operational excellence for clients, including the management of client accounts, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies and processes that enhance client experience.
3. Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure the firm complies with all financial regulations, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Work closely with compliance and risk management teams to develop and implement risk management strategies.
4. Technology and Innovation:
- Oversee the integration of financial technology (fintech) solutions that enhance operations, such as portfolio management systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and financial planning tools.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives within the firm.
5. Process Improvement and Efficiency:
- Continuously review and improve internal processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Optimize workflow management, back-office operations, and reporting mechanisms.
6. Team Leadership and Development:
- Manage and lead teams across various operational departments such as finance, IT, client services, and portfolio management support.
- Oversee hiring, training, and development programs for staff to ensure operational efficiency.
7. Financial Performance and Budget Management:
- Manage operational budgets and expenses to ensure profitability.
- Work with the Accounts to optimize operational costs and contribute to the overall financial health of the firm.
8. Vendor and Third-Party Management:
- Oversee relationships with external service providers, technology partners, and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and manage costs associated with third-party services.
9. Strategic Planning:
- Assist the Promoters and executive team in developing long-term strategic plans for the firm's growth.
- Ensure alignment of operational goals with the broader firms strategy.
10. Crisis Management:
- Develop and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Manage operational risks and address unforeseen issues that may impact the firm's ability to deliver services.
