Sapient - Instructional Designer - Learning Team

As an Instructional Designer in the Learning team, he/she will design and deliver innovative learning modules for online, ILTs and eClassroom, as well as supporting materials following an instructional design process. He/She will use strong interpersonal, written, and visual communication skills to bring together engaging, interactive learning solutions on a variety of subject matter (leadership, process, systems, and skills) and educate our stakeholders and partners.

Experience Needed

- Experience in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy)

- Well versed in MS Office Suite

- Strong writing skills

- Working knowledge of AdobeConnect, Webex to design eClassrooms (webinars)

- Experience in using standard authoring software including, but not limited to: Articulate Presenter, Storyline, GoAnimate (or equivalent animation tools)

- Knowledge of SCORM compliance requirements.
