About the Role:


We are seeking a data-driven and analytical Marketing Analyst to join our team.


In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing marketing data, generating actionable insights, and providing recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns and strategies.


You will play a crucial role in measuring the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and driving informed decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:


Data Collection and Analysis:


- Gather and analyze marketing data from various sources, including website analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms, and advertising platforms.


- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics.


- Identify trends, patterns, and insights in marketing data to inform strategic decisions.


Performance Measurement and Reporting:


- Measure and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, including ROI analysis.


- Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing marketing performance and providing actionable recommendations.


- Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends.


Campaign Optimization:


- Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.


- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing campaigns and strategies.


- Provide recommendations for improving campaign targeting, messaging, and creative.


Market Research and Analysis:


- Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.


- Analyze market research data to identify opportunities for new products or services.


- Provide insights into customer segmentation and targeting.


Collaboration and Communication:


- Collaborate with marketing managers and other team members to develop and implement marketing strategies.


- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.


- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data and insights into marketing decision-making.


Data Management:


- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.


- Maintain organized data systems.


- Automate data collection and reporting processes when possible.


Qualifications and Skills:


Education:


Bachelor's /master's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.


Experience:


- Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role.


- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).


- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).


- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
