About our Client - Our client is a JV between a leading MNC with huge presence in India and a Chinese business and is growing exponentially. They have their own manufacturing facilities and are one of the market leaders in the pharmaceutical business.

Job Description - Ensure that DSP standard commercial processes are built into SAP

- To participate in Fit Gap Analysis, Blueprint, Training, Testing and Data Migration work for the implementation of the project.

- Coordinate with BG BIM department to implement new features/ resolve issues / compliance.

- Organize & conduct trainings for internal SAP users. Organize SAP refresher training program for the organization

- SAP CIN Implementation

- Create URS for the SAP functional upgrade

- Ensure that Functional Design Specifications documents meet the URS and define the way of working/alternatives for mismatches.

- Assist with the creation of Technical Design Specifications documents.

- Understand integration of related modules Coordinates with BIM department for writing of Test Scripts for commercial department

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA with minimum 5 years of post qualification experience. Following are the expectations:

- A complete understanding of business needed to effectively build solutions and work flows

- The Laws in India are quite complex and with different models it is quite a challenge to have 100% Compliance on various tax laws.

- A complete understanding of logistics including broad legal, fiscal, EXIM

- This job requires a large width (covering interaction with BIM Organization, Key Users, End Users, Process Owners )

- Discipline for delivering on time despite too much dependency on others.

- Relationship Management:

- Interaction with internal customers and external suppliers.

- Implementation of BG & Corporate requirements on Accounting and control, PTP and OTC in local conditions.

- Being a member of a team and working with different stakeholders where appropriate communication skills and conflict management skills are needed
