- Good understanding of Recruiting processes
- Understanding of data flow and associations within the Recruiting process steps from Request creation/posting to hire
- Experience with all SuccessFactors Recruiting configurations associated with Job Requisitions, Applications, Candidate Profiles, Offers, Applicant Statuses and Employee Central to Recruiting integrations
- Experience with Ad hoc reporting
- Experience with two or more SuccessFactors Recruiting Implementation and/or Support projects
- Solid understanding of data flow and associations within the Recruiting process steps from Req creation/posting to hire
- Deep experience with all SuccessFactors Recruiting configurations associated with Job Requisitions, Applications, Candidate Profiles, Offers, Applicant Statuses and Employee Central to Recruiting integrations
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Experience with Ad hoc reporting Recruiting
