Looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations of Core HR and Talent Management modules. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and Talent Modules (RCM, ONB, PMGM, COMP, LMS) along with knowledge of Advanced Reporting (ORD, People Analytics) and Integrations (P2P, CPI, BIB).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead at least 2 end-to-end implementations , 5+ years of support experience in respective modules.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into system configurations.
- Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors Core HR & Talent modules based on best practices.
- Manage data migration, validation, and transformation activities.
- Configure workflow automation, business rules, and permissions in EC and Talent Modules.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and address implementation challenges.
- Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer to HR teams and end-users.
- Lead cutover activities and go-live support to ensure a smooth transition.
- Work with technical teams (ABAP, CPI) for custom development and integrations.
Areas of Expertise:
SuccessFactors Core HR Modules:
- Employee Central (EC) : Foundation objects, business rules, workflows, event reasons.
- Employee Central Payroll (ECP) : Payroll configuration, wage types, off-cycle payroll processing, country-specific payroll (Qatar, Saudi, Dubai).
SuccessFactors Talent Modules:
- Recruiting (RCM/RMK), Onboarding/Onboarding (ONB), Performance & Goals (PMGM), Compensation/Variable Pay (COMP/VP), Learning Management System (LMS).
Reporting & Analyics: Advanced Reporting (ORD), People Analytics (Story Reports).
Integration & Data Management:
- P2P Integration : EC to ECP.
- CPI Integration & BIB Knowledge : EC to SAP ECC/S4HANA.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2+ full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations OR 1 implementation + 5+ years of support experience.
- Strong knowledge of business process mapping, blueprinting, and configuration.
- Expertise in data migration, UAT, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Familiarity with integration frameworks (CPI, BIB).
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification in at least one module (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in S/4HANA integration.
- Exposure to MDF object extensions and API integration.
