We have an opportunity for a SAP Solution Center Lead for one of our MNC client, which provides IT Services and is one of the world's largest consulting, outsourcing and professional services company.

Responsibilities:

- Build Product/Solutions : Perform research on market movement and propose new solutions. Identifies new Solutions to address customer pain points and convert such solutions into products in order to generate significant revenues for the SAP Practice/Unit. Well aware of all industry specific solution offering from SAP(All in One solutions).

- Maintain and value add in Solutions : Ensure that solutions build are maintained as per the most current version of the SAP. Ensure that all the latest offerings of SAP are added to the solutions. Ensure that the industry leading practices are incorporated on an ongoing basis to the solutions

- Thought Leadership/IP Creation : Contributes to IP Creation, filing of patents, demonstration of IP in various forums by creating presentation and POV documents in order to build innovative solution for the customers

- Knowledge Management : Create knowledge, share and drive the adoption for his/her focus area, participate in knowledge sharing initiatives for SAP team through the structured forums; conducting training, maintain knowledge repository, develop certification programs in order to contribute to the KM of the group

- Talent Management : Coaches and creates a vision for the team. Coordinates subject matter training for focus areas. Motivates and inspires team members through effective & timely feedback & recognition for performance independently. Ensures effective communication between onsite and offshore through various channels like team time. Generates training material for structured training for various solutions and imparts training in order to manage and enhance the effectiveness of the team

- Effort Estimation and Proposal Development : Reviews the proposal prepared by consultants and provides assistance and guidance to deliver the proposal by analyzing the solution defined to solve the business problem with a view to proactively identify risks, identifying scope creep and estimate for the engagement; reviews the solution in order to create the proposal for the engagement.

- Marketing and Branding : Develop and publish leading view-points, thought leadership activities, GTM solution activities, participate in relevant external marketing events in order to build brand, new customer pipeline through marketing initiatives. Mentor team of senior individuals for creation of GTM content

- Issue Resolution (Incident/Problem Resolution) : Resolve escalated issues that team is unable to resolve and communicates with clients/Front office /stakeholders effectively in order to resolve customer issues with greater efficiency and accuracy

Requirement

- Fluent in English both spoken and written

- Strong Functional skills across key SAP modules

- Superior interpersonal skills. Ability to talk with individuals and groups about their needs and ask the right questions to surface essential information

- Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural, multinational environment and mobilize cross-functional high performance teams

- Demonstrated leadership abilities, as well as effectiveness in matrix management and team building

- Demonstrates a strong customer orientation

- Demonstrates cross-functional expertise and the ability to thrive in a highly complex environment

- Superior problem solving ability

- Ability to work independently and with a team

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including people development/coaching, objective setting, and measurement skill

- Ability to prioritize and oversee multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

- Demonstrates proficiency in project management methodology

- Demonstrated capabilities in solution design and system architecture.

- Hands on expertise and knowledge of SAP Functional Modules

- Self-Motivated person with dynamic leadership and adaptable management style.

- Stable career background

- Well familiar with all new offerings from SAP like S4/HANA, PERSONAS, FIORI, HANA LIVE, Assemble to order etc
