SAP Application Management
1. Must have led large support engagements successfully:
At least 2 large SAP Support engagements:
a. Multi-years (at least 3 years) and Large Teams (50 plus team-size, SAP Functional and Technical)
b. Complex SAP landscapes: including multiple SAP applications: (at least ECC / EP /BW/ BOBJ/ PI)
2. While managing such engagement, he/she should have successfully demonstrated the following:
a. Deliver as per Project charter at expected level of Client’s satisfaction and margin
b. Sound scope management
c. Mobilization of right skilled support teams
3. Account Management: Ability to enhance and increase Capgemini presence in the account where AM being delivered; Ability to network with Client Stakeholders and teams; Ability to grow in the account The qualities that

1. Strong communication and presentation skills
2. Ability to work well with teams and being a good individual as well as team player
3. Good knowledge of SAP and its solution components
4. Commercial and business acumen
5. Good delivery or pre-sales background having demonstrated experience in managing projects
6. Must possess drive to take new challenges and flexible to work and travel in India
7. Domestic /Indian/Middle East Client experience is a must.
