SAP SCM/Change Management Consultant - Contractual

- For a contractual assignment of 10 months in Oman, one of our clients are looking for a a 5-8 years experienced SAP SCM (non technical) resource to execute the following:

- Enhance embedment of SAP in CPL by increasing system utilization, proper access by CPL end users, and effective use of SCM processes.

- Participate in key SAP projects & CRs through contributing to design review, user acceptance testing, training, role mapping, and cutover data verification prior to the go-live of system changes.

- Organize SAP training activities in coordination with SAP support team (UIIS).

- Provide right SAP access to CPL end users

- Executes organizational change management plan: communication & engagement, training, organization readiness assessment, human performance support, stakeholders- expectations & resistance management, and organizational alignment (e.g. awareness surveys, satisfaction surveys).

- Must have SAP SCM experience but isn't a technical role
