The Role: We are looking for a SAP Project Manager 7+ years of experience Experienced contributor in Performance Analysis & Solutioning of Software Projects/Products and technically supervise set of engineers . Key Responsibilities: SAP PM Implementation & Support: - Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of the SAP PM module within S/4HANA environments,. - Execute Greenfield implementations of SAP S/4HANA, ensuring seamless integration with existing business processes. - Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, system optimization, and end-user training. Skills Required: - 7+ Senior SAP PM with strong Finance background - SAP experiences especially in the FICO modules - Should have good overview of SAP S/4 HANA any core module Functional or Technical - Should have hands on experience in JIRA, SERVICE NOW, MICROSOFT PROJECT PLAN, HP ALM and TESTRAIL - Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives. - Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement. - Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance. - Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached. - Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives. - Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives. - Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors. - Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives. - Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
