Essential Skills:

1. Minimum of 14-23 Years of experience in working with IT Services or products.

2. Should have 10+ years of experience in working with SAP (Both Technical / Functional)

3. Should have experience in minimum of 5-6 Years in any one of the following (either one) with deep implementation experience.

- SAP Finance and controlling

- SAP Logistics

- SAP Supply Chain Management

- SAP Manufacturing Process

4. Involved in end to end phases of implementation projects, played client facing roles and managed client workshops.

5. Accountable for supporting the SAP Solution template integrity within a functional area.

6. Responsible for translating requirements into Template system specifications.

7. Possesses deep knowledge of the system's functional solution for the workstream.

8. Acts as the custodian of the solution - validates proposed changes and assesses impacts.

9. Performs knowledge transfer to deployment functional resources.

10. Travel client business sites and support deployment teams in prepare phase and / or fit-gap as needed for short periods of time - expected to lead fit-gap workshops and explanation of the template.

11. Ensures integrity of process integration - owns the points of integration with other functional areas and facilitates issue resolution.

12. Ensures business requirements are translated into complete and accurate system specifications.

13. Manages the process to translate gaps into RICEFW objects and estimates effort / impact of each object.

14. Responsible for the assessment, management and delivery of all configuration changes in approved Change Requests (excluding Global Configuration requirements); the provision of updates to the Global Configuration Document.

15. Creates / review all functional requirements specification and interface requirements specifications, test scenarios, training materials required for template localisations.

16. Works closely with the client IT organization and client Process Owners to ensure system and process integrity of the Template and to drive adherence to the template - ensuring that only critical localisation requirements are approved.
