Currently we have an excellent opportunity available for the post of SAP Program Manager with the KPO division of one of the leading global integrated supply chain manager and processor of agricultural products across the globe.

Position Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead and own the implementation of SAP across Origins identified for the role. This will require testing and implementing the various customized SAP modules across multiple countries. The reporting team will be mainly based in Chennai.

The key responsibilities are as below

- Creating business strategies and detailed road map for developing the SAP suite and responsible for executing it. This will require customizing the modules as per function/country requirement.

- Develop program / project plans and estimates.

- Oversee the project deliverables, schedules, service levels and productivity.

- Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership for business process improvement, solution implementation.

- Manage end-to-end program deployment and effectively plan resource utilization and manpower deployment to ensure delivery of projects within time, cost, quality and budgetary parameter.

Candidate Profile

- 15 years of relevant experience in SAP/ERP domain with industry preference to Agriculture/FMCG.

- Exp in FICO/MM/ PP/ S&D module implementation will be an added advantage.

- Experienced leader, ability to manage and direct work for a team of 50 - 75 consultants spread across multiple locations is essential.

- Implementation experience at Global Environment with multiple locations.

- Focused on end-user and module implementation.

- Outstanding interpersonal skills, a capable oral and written communicator who effectively builds relationships with others.

- Entrepreneurial spirit generates ideas for business improvements and is able to implement them practically.

Work Location

Chennai. The role will require traveling across countries for the implementation, post implementation maintenance and support.
