SAP Process Orchestration/XI/PI Architect

Job Description:

- SME Face-off for external and internal stakeholders

- Be the point of expertise related to the area under consideration for both the customer as well as the internal team (delivery, RIT).

- This would involve inputs into building business system related roadmaps, strategies on what solution to position, provision of expertise related to architecture and processes, etc.

- Delivery Support

- Provide Solution Architecture guidance for identified projects

- Oversee and provide quality assurance on this topic by mentoring, monitoring and training delivery teams

- Solution Support

- Architect suitable solutions for opportunities in the related domain

- Contribute to proposal build, orals, etc. across the opportunity cycle

- Guide solution teams in putting together estimations

- Competency Build

- Provide strategic direction to the competency build for the area in terms of areas of focus and related roadmaps

- Contribute to building expertise by mentoring, guiding and training as appropriate

- Participate in external forums such as SCN, SAP TechEd, etc. as part of the competency agenda

- Engineering Qualifications with a Post Graduate qualification as a plus

- Understanding of related Industry Processes and Business

- Expertise in related SAP Solution areas; knowledge and experience of related Non-SAP solutions or best-of-breed/niche solutions will be an advantage

- Customer Facing Project Management experience

Must Have

- Eight to Ten Years experience in SAP implementations

- Line Management experience in the related Industry / function

- A minimum of 4 End to End Implementations of which at least one is as a Project Manager for the related Industry / function

- Experience with Global Delivery methodologies

- Should be able to Architect, Design, Configure, Document, Manage, Support, and Operate on SAP PO

- Should have played the architect role in at least 1-2 E2E SAP PO implementation exp

- Should be able to develop E2E solution using SAP PO (PI, BRM and NW BPM)

- Should be able provide a detailed roadmap on how to upgrade from XI/PI to SAP PO

- Should be able to map the old PI, ccBPM or BRM implementation to new SAP PO

- Should be able to troubleshoot the performance issues in a SAP PO implementation

- Should have experience as an enterprise architect in at least 3-4 E2E implementation

- Should have strong experience on all the SAP XI/PI versions(3.0 till 7.31)

- Should have strong experience on Advance Java, ABAP (strong in OOPS),XSLT,SQL, SOA, EDI and ALE/IDOC

- Should be well versed with NWDS and NWDI tool used in SAP PO development

- Should have good experience on SAP BASIS for PI/PO

- Preferably should have done architectural certification on TOGAF/SAP EAF/ESOA

- Preferably should have done certification on SAP PI/PO

- Should have strong experience on A2A, B2B and Mobile integration

- Should have experience on implementing integration with multiple SAP domains (e.g. Retail, Manufacturing, IS OIL etc.)

- Should have good knowledge on multiple SAP modules

- Prior experience on other leading middleware will be a plus e.g. TIBCO, BizTalk, IBM MQ, Oracle Fusion etc.
