Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks :

Expectation overview for Digital Marketing :

Responsible for providing an engaging on line experience for audiences who visit SAP properties. Activities may include content management, search engine optimization, audience engagement, web design and social media channel management. Utilizes a broad knowledge of Digital Marketing services to support stakeholders in their campaigns. Evaluates, Incubates and implements innovative approaches in Digital Marketing.

Key roles

- Build digital and social media marketing plans to create awareness and generate demand

- Build - Partner Digital Utility-, a platform to help SAP partners integrate digital and social media marketing plans in their campaigns from the MDF program

- Plan and execute webinars on SAP's always on webinar engagement platform, - SAP Discover-

- Outcome expected - 40% of DRS marketing pipe i.e. ~ - 20M with a Won/Book conversion @ 20% worth ~ - 4M

Typical Tasks :

- Plan and deliver content build/collection/distribution plan. Establish target goals, and evaluate results for continuous improvement.

- Help SAP partners build digital and social media marketing plans

- Provide in depth evaluation of search results and apply tactics to improve appearance (in search) and access of SAP content and resources.

- Consult with strategic stakeholders to understand needs, propose offerings of Digital Marketing service packages, and deliver those offerings, analysis and recommendations to achieve desired results.

- Analyze usage of mobile devices for accessing SAP digital properties and recommend and develop innovative approaches to make the properties more accessible and desirable via mobile device.

- Conduct user experience testing, create improved web designs that enhance perception of visitors to SAP properties and increase online engagement.

- Engage with SAP digital audiences through online conversations to understand their needs and resolve issues. Moderate online interactions to ensure optimal experiences.

- Gather business requirements to support platform evaluation. Work with stakeholders and other departments to recommend, plan and deliver tools that support the business and audience needs.

- Understand all nuances of Cloud marketing, including that every customer is a prospect in a subscription model, who must continuously feel that they are using the most valuable service.

Experience & Language Requirements :

- Minimum 5-10 years of marketing experience.

- Proven ability to manage online reputation and interaction

- Experience with digital marketing

- Guiding and mentoring peers and/or junior level colleagues

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent required from recognized or premier B schools only.
