Job Summary :

- Our client is a palm oil milling and refining company, has transformed from an agri-trading to an edible oils business. Our client plans to enter the consumer and industrial markets, while also focusing on products for the future food/confectionery markets. Keeping in line with their investment in SAP to scale, the company seeks energetic individuals.

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Implementation Production Specialist to join our team in our manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with external SAP consultants to implement and optimize the Production Module of SAP.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with external SAP consultants to implement and configure the Production Module of SAP to meet business requirements

- Collaborating with HODs and process owners and help document the AS IS and work on developing TO BE to ensure the successful implementation of the SAP production modules with other modules like materials management, sales and distribution, finance, and quality management

- Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of SAP solutions related to production planning, scheduling, capacity planning, shop floor control, and material flow

- Lead end-user training and change management activities related to SAP production processes and procedures

- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to SAP production processes and work with the consultants to identify and implement solutions

- Participate in the development of documentation related to production processes, procedures, and system configurations

- Actively participate in project planning and status meetings

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in engineering

- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience preferably in Manufacturing/Processing/Agri Commodities /FMCG /Pharma Industry

- Prefer people with Telugu speaking skills

- Demonstrated expertise in SAP production planning, scheduling, capacity planning, and shop floor control

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to SAP production processes

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external consultants

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

- Experience in change management and end-user training related to SAP production processes and procedures
