Job specification:

- Profiles from Premier institute(XLRI, TISS, SCMHRD & SIBM) with 1-3 years of experience(2009-2011 passout) with Plant HR experience

- So ideally someone from fmcg with SAP Experience.

- Even if they have around only 2 years work experience but from a good institute , do try getting people from institutes like NIRMA .

- Institutes preferred –NIRMA, -basically branded colleges and institutes only

- Candidates from branded/reputed institutes having 2-3 years can be considered over someone from tier 3 college with 5 years.

- Very good communication skills

- Outgoing candidates

- SAP is a must

- FMCG / IT,

- Supply chain with IT from Marico and other fmcg’s

- Supply Chain Plus IT-SAP preferred

- minimum of 01 – 03 years working experience in IT or/and Business. Experience in Supply Chain as a business function, SAP as an ERP technology, and/or FMCG as an industry may get better consideration

- He is expected to learn and own relevant business processes in depth, to be able manage & support the IT applications. Ensuring smooth functioning and constantly striving towards improving existing IT applications within his portfolio are key and will ultimately increase performance of the business processes.

- B.E., B.Tech., M.C.A, MBA with a minimum of 01 – 03 years working experience in IT or/and Business.

- Experience in Supply Chain as a business function, SAP as an ERP technology, and/or FMCG as an industry may get better consideration.

- CTC- 7 Lakh
