Our Current Requirement: SAP HR Functional Consultant Professionals
- 5 – 12 years of experience in SAP HR / HCM
- 3+ years work experience in managing teams or departments in a complex, dynamic and highly technical environment.
- 6+ years experience working with SAP R/3 HCM software.
- Proven capability in effectively managing and meeting client expectations.
- Proven ability to select, develop and motivate teams of diverse individuals.
- Experience in operating in a highly technical, complex environment.
- Understanding of full software development life cycle principles.
- Experience in managing resources in a multi-client environment is a plus.
- ABAP/4, with HR / PY experience is a plus.
- ABAP object development experience is a plus

Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, coordination, and management of team members and work activities for the Application Support team. Ensure activities are performed in a manner that meets GlobalView and/or client requirements while adhering to GlobalView Service and Product standards.
Management:
- Interview, select, and perform on-boarding activities for new associates.
- Provide SAP R/3 guidance to associates regarding complex system-based problems.
- Evaluate, define, manage, and consistently improve associate performance through coaching, feedback, and developmental activities.
- Define and execute on associate training programs that contemplate market influences and align with the business skill set requirements.
- Effectively handle associate situations that require management attention and/or escalation.
- Develop, manage, and administer performance appraisals, merit increases, and bonus programs within the groups on a timely basis.
- Achieve and maintain a high level of teamwork and motivation among associates including reward and recognition activities.
- Identify, manage and monitor budgetary requirements for the groups.
- Develop standards, process, and organizational structures that ensure meets or exceed contractual requirements within the groups and adhere to GlobalView standards.
- Define and adhere to ISAE 3402 (formerly known as SAS 70) audit standards within the groups.
- Develop and administer reward and recognition programs that maintain high morale.
- Provide monthly status report to AS Manager(s)
Work Management and Coordination:
- Monitor and manage work activity within the CRM system to ensure effective and timely work assignment and completion.
- Conduct periodic reviews of work activity for quality control; identify and enact targeted improvements as required.
- Conduct resource planning and scheduling to meet required work schedules and target service levels.
- Properly assess, prioritize, and adjust work activities within the group to achieve goals.
- Define and communicate status of work efforts to GlobalView departments and clients, as necessary.
- Participate in Transition-to-Support planning meetings and ensure agreed timelines are met.
- Ensure proper billing for work activities in accordance with contract requirements.
- Provide billing information to the Finance group for required services.
- Work effectively across GlobalView and business groups to resolve issues
Client Management Activities:
- Effectively set, manage, and deliver on client expectations in accordance with contractual requirements, system limitations and GlobalView guidelines.
- Define and administer process that identifies, tracks, and manages billable activities for clients in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Monitor client satisfaction through direct client contact and client surveys. Enact improvement plans as necessary to achieve required objectives.
- Effectively manage escalations from clients.
- Develop, demonstrate and foster a world class service culture.
Others:
- Ensure team knowledge of GlobalView Products, Services and Guidelines is kept up-to-date.
