c) Take full responsibility for leadership and management of SAP functional and technical work streams.
d) Oversee and drive change management and be a custodian of continuous improvement regarding SAP program and project delivery.
e) Identify and have a good working relationship with all stakeholders and business users involved within various related SAP focused programs and projects.
f) Work closely with the departments, supporting with tasks as required and ensuring successful delivery of SAP projects.
g) Responsible for Project planning, Control & monitoring, Progress reporting to the CIO and key business stakeholders.
h) Project Risk and issue management
i) Overseeing and supporting with quality gate processes to ensure that deliverables and the projects stay on track and to budget ensuring business goals are met.
j) Ensuring that team members understand their roles and requirements.
k) Support and coach team members through the program and project processes. Timely completion

5) SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
a) State the minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent
6) Educational Qualifications
a) B.Tech/MCA Application with a good academic record
b) MBA - IT System will be preferred
7) Relevant and total years of experience and behavioral attributes
a) Should have total experience of over 12 - 15 years with at-least 5-8 years of project Management experience
b) Should have experience in handling SAP End to End projects for large Mfg cos / MNCs
c) Should have played the role of Project Manager in at-least two(2) S4 HANA Projects
d) Candidates working with Manufacturing or IT services ( SAP) or Big 4 with SAP Background
e) Should have good understanding of SAP Modules, business processes & best practices
f) Should have working knowledge (end to end) in at least one module of SAP. Experience in Production Planning & Plant maintenance will be preferred.
g) Should have sound knowledge on SAP licenses and have sound knowledge on SAP infrastructure
h) Should have working knowledge on design and implementation of interfaces with SAP
