Job Description SAP HCM
- Minimum of 4 to 10 years related experience, including:
1. At least three End to End implementation OM ,PA , TM , PY and ESS/MSS right from Requirement finalizing (As IS , To Be , GAP analysis and solution for GAP ) , Realization on own including PCR and Schema , user acceptance with co ordination for ABAP & Webdynpro development and support,
2. At least two End to End Payroll implementation for India and any global country with multi-currency with income tax configuration and implementation. Should have independently performed Payroll activities in SAP HCM - like Regular and the off-cycle payroll run, Handling of Loans and Reimbursements, Generating of Statutory Reports from SAP the configuration of nodes, Exemptions, Perquisites, loans with interest, investment data processes, form 16, etc.
3 Over and above the technical , Functional Understanding of HR Processes and configuration - Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Performance Management, Time and Payroll.
4. Should be very well aware of India payroll taxation and processes. Expected to be worked on the Detail India payroll configuration. Creation of wage types, the configuration of RAP nodes, Exemptions, Perquisites, loans with interest, investment data processes, form 16, etc.
5. Should have worked on positive Time management - the configuration of TM00 schema, absence/leave types and quota configuration, generation of leave quotas, correction
6. Analyzing change requests from the business in light of current business processes, assessing the impact on other SAP modules.
7. Providing technical SAP configuration expertise to deliver cost-effective solutions on time and on budget.
Other Requirements:
1. Should also have expertise in SAP-HCM - ESS/MSS, Personnel Development, Travel Management.
2. Qualification: MBA in HR,MSW , MA in HR / Social Work etc
3. He/she must be open for travelling (Domestic & overseas)
