Key Responsibilities

- Design and Solution for multi-year technology transformation deals from requirement analysis to solution design to implementation support,

- Collaborate and work closely with client buyers, internal teams and external vendors to understand the business context and solution for the business objectives

- Participate and/or lead solution discussions and client meetings related to SAP platform solution proposed to a client. Ability to build strong and sustainable client / account team relationships

- Lead a team to plan, execute and manage the solution in response to a client requirement/RFP

- Identify and design the best fit solution architecture to meet the client needs

- Provide thought leadership and expertise on SAP trends, challenges and opportunities

- Support business development activities by contributing in proposals and collaterals

- Contribute in practice building activities by building guidelines, mentoring junior members of the team and training the new joiners

Functional and Technical Experience

- Deep functional and / or technical knowledge in SAP modules such as FICO, SD, MM, PP, QM in S/4 Hana and / or PI / PO / ABAP/ Data related technologies

- Industry expertise in one of the domains Auto / Pharma / Retail / CPG /O & G/ Power etc

- Certification in cloud AWS/Azure/GCP at specialization level would be an added advantage

- Prior experience and expertise in consultative technology solutioning and cloud advisory

- Ability to understand client business and technology drivers- business IT alignment, IT Operating model and sourcing model dimensions

Professional Attributes

- 12 years of experience in IT industry, with minimum 7 years of technology consulting/solutioning/sales in Application Services system integration, outsourcing, cloud advisory experience

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and Written) to convey complex ideas in a concise and a clear manner

- Leadership skills to collaborate and influence to motivate and inspire teams

- In-depth expertise and prior experience ITIL / PMP/ COBIT/ TOGAF certified preferable.

Educational Qualification

Engineering Bachelors degree from premier Tier 1/2 institute /Masters/ Diploma in management
