SAP - Functional Consultant

An Indian Biotech/Pharma conglomerate is looking for SAP Consultant

Position: Senior Manager

Qualifications: MCA/BE/MBA (Finance); SAP Certification & Certification in PS (Added)

Total Experience:

- 7-9 Years (IT) and min of 5 years + experience in SAP Projects Module (PS & PPM).

- Experience of at least 1 end to end overall SAP implementation.

- Should have gone through least 2 full ERP lifecycle implementations.

Skills:

- Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in area of Project management, Portfolio and Project Management and accounting.

- Strong understanding of Integration between Project Systems and MM/AP/AR/AM/FI/HR.

- Should possess strong skills in functional requirement gathering / fit-gap analysis, master data setup, end user support and documentation.

- Candidate should have good understanding and experience in different phases of Software Development Life Cycle in relation to ERP implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide SAP PS & PPM subject matter expertise and project implementation support for the Projects module.

- Model business processes in a PS & PPM area on to the package using prior implementation experience.

- Responsible for understanding business /functional requirements. Perform gap-fit analysis between SAP functionality and Business requirements.

- Work closely with the SAP project team in documenting, configuring and implementing the Project module correctly. Also, provide support for Master Data Management, custom transactions or 3rd party interfaces.

- Working closely with end users in successful testing of the configured business processes on SAP.

- Responsible for imparting the end user training & Post Go-Live end user support.
