SAP FICO SME SME/Lead

- 13+ yrs of total exp with min 8+ yrs in SAP.

India OR Middle East experience is Must

Location: Mumbai

- Must be hands on/SME.
 
Experience:

- Total experience of around 13+  years with more than 8+ years in SAP  in the areas of finance, taxation, accounts payable, accounts receivables, project costing, product costing, profitability analysis, Account finalization, budgetary control, fund management, statutory requirements, New GL migration.

- Domain/functional experience in Finance and Management Accounting in reputed industry is must. Candidate should have broad domain knowledge on different verticals and processes in Finance

SAP FICO Experience:  

- Around 8+ years of SAP experience.

- Experience should be in End-to-end Implementation, Rollout, Support, upgrade, enhancements and various areas with implementation of Sub-modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, New GL functionality and Asset Accounting, New GL Migration. Understand Global template.

- Candidate should have exposure to upcoming modules. Candidate should have worked on most of the things like Validation, Substitutions, Closing Cockpit, New GL Migration, Real Estate, Material Ledger, Cost center accounting, and Profit center Accounting, Internal Order, Withholding Tax, Closing activities. Candidate should have Fair knowledge on Exits and Functional specifications, Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements etc.

- Experience in most of the areas like Cost Center Accounting, Internal Order Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Cost Planning, Product Cost Controlling, COPA, Material Ledger.  Candidate should have worked on Product Costing (Planning and cost object controlling).

- They should have a clear understanding of FI-MM and FI-SD account assignments. The Candidate should also have a clear understanding of accounting entries passed in SD and FI-PP/MM area having impact on CO. 
 
- Candidate should independently be able to conduct Blueprint design sessions and drive the client business towards design consensus. He/ She should be able to guide the development, data and test teams.
 
- Should have clear understanding on pre-sales activities and should have lead at least 2-3 RFPs/estimation pursuits.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead end to end delivery track for SAP FICO

- Support pre-sales for sales pursuits - solutioning, estimations, proposals, client presentations

- Lead Business Blue Print workshops

- Lead Solution architecture and design

- Lead a team of consultants – ensure right team structure, roles and responsibilities, pyramid and people retention

- Scope Management

- Manage project schedule and effort pertaining to the track

- Ensure highest quality of deliverables from the team

Required Skills:

- At least 3 full life cycle implementation projects of FICO module

- Experience in New GL , in addition to CCA, PCA, GL

- Deep domain experience in Finance, with CA or similar background

- Well-versed with tools and methods for delivery and pre-sales

- Experience in conducting Business Blueprint workshops

- Experience in a Lead consultant role

- Client facing, people management and leadership skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Middle East or India experience preferred

- Technical requirement for 'SAP CO'

- Minimum one End-to-end Implementation with exposure in FI-GL, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Order, PCA, Product Costing, COPA & Material Ledger.

- Candidate should have worked on Product Costing

- Clear understanding of FI-MM & FI-SD Integration.

- Must have exposure on use of LSMW / BDC

- Must have exposure in preparing BPP's, Configuration Documentation, functional specificiation documents for FRICE objects.

- Must have exposure of Solution Manager.

- Must have knowledge of Report Painter / writer

- Technical requirement for 'SAP FI'

Functional Experience: Min. 4 yrs post qualification experience in reputed org.in Finance,tax & statutory area.

SAP FI - Exp.(Must): Min 4 E2E implementation . G/L incl. New GL, AP, AR, Asset Acct, Validation & Substitutions, CCA, PCA, IO, Local /Intl Tax, Withholding Tax, Closing incl. Closing Cockpit,Soln Manager, LSMW/BDC, Functional specs for RICEF objects.

Nice to have: Consolidation, SPL, SOX, Upgrade Projects, Report painter, Training Manual, Config. Docs, SAP OSS Notes, ABAP code
