- Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP FICO with at least 3 years in SAP S/4HANA implementations.

- Strong knowledge of financial and controlling business processes.

- Proven experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and support.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules.

- Certification in SAP FICO and/or S/4HANA is a plus.
