SAP ERP Project Manager / Delivery Head - FMCG

Job description:

- We are hiring SAP ERP Project Manager/ / Delivery Head / GM for an FMCG client.

- Looking for candidates from Manufacturing industry ONLY

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, organize and direct the completion of IT projects while ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.

- Develop, maintain, and revise proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, budget, and resources.

- Must have experience handling External Vendor, stakeholders.

- Must have intermediate/advanced level proficiency with SAP SD / MM / BASIS, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

- Set and track project milestones; manage and account for unforeseen delays, realign schedules and expectation as needed.

- Establish and implement project communication plans, provide status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with IT and business leaders to define, prioritize and develop projects and programs.

- Oversee day-to-day execution of the IT project management methodology & support calls.

- Work closely with the Business Partnership team to ensure demand management is supported.

A Perfect Candidate :

- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Information Systems or a related field.

- 15 yr+. exp with 5+ years of experience working as an IT Project Manager in SAP ERP, managing large scale, cross functional projects.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills.

- Must be able to effectively interact with all levels in the organization.

- Outstanding organizational and administrative skills.

- SAP implementation or design experience.

- Experience in the Manufacturing industry.

- Exposure to Power BI or any Visual Analytics framework.
